Dark Concept Grocery Store Interior Design in Lviv.
2020
Area: 43 square meters
When we started working on this project, our main goal was to step away from the typical image of a bright, noisy supermarket. We chose deep, dark tones for the interior. Why? It’s simple: against a dark background, any product looks brighter and more appetizing. The walls and ceiling became a kind of invisible canvas that doesn't distract the customer, but rather puts the main focus entirely on the fresh produce.

The store space is divided into two large halls: the meat department and the grocery section. Thanks to a well-thought-out layout, the transition between them is smooth and logical. In the meat department, we used special lighting to highlight the quality of the goods, while in the grocery hall, we placed comfortable, easily accessible shelving.

We paid special attention to the atmosphere. To prevent the dark interior from feeling too strict, we added interesting and unconventional decor. We also developed a brand identity and a logo that blend harmoniously into the overall design. The result is a modern, stylish, and very cozy store where it’s a pleasure to spend time and shop for your favorite foods.
