Serbin Design is a design and architectural studio with over 8 years of experience in creating residential, commercial, and public spaces.
We design interiors, facades, entrance areas, and small architectural structures, combining functionality, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
We work throughout Ukraine and remotely, helping clients bring projects to life from concept to completion. We create spaces that enhance comfort, strengthen identity, and add long-term value to every project.
Our Approach to Space
The space has to work.
We start not with style, but with how the space will be used.
Layout, proportions, flow, storage, and functional connections form the foundation of the interior—and only then does its visual image emerge.
Less area—greater accuracy.
Every element is important, especially in small spaces.
We strive to maximize the space, make it appear larger, find the right balance, and keep only what truly works.
A single well-chosen accent often says more than many details.
Character instead of a template.
We don’t aim to make the interior look like a ready-made example from a catalog.
We look for our own unique focus—a combination of materials, proportions, and details that give the space character without overwhelming it.
Stages of work
1. Initial Consultation
We discuss the space, objectives, preferences, budget, and scope of work.
2. Technical Specifications
We document the requirements, layout of the space, functions, and constraints relevant to the project.
3. Contract
We agree on the terms of service, the scope of the project, and sign the contract.
4. Layout Development
We explore the optimal spatial organization and develop several layout options.
5. Concept
We define the design direction, materials, colors, furniture, and the character of the space.
6. Realistic 3D Visualizations
We present a realistic preview of the future interior before construction begins.
7. Drawings and Specifications
We convert the approved decisions into working documentation for implementation.
8. Ongoing Support
If needed, we help ensure that the implementation aligns with the approved design decisions.
