Design of a 45-square-meter apartment with a separate bedroom.

  This 45 m² apartment was designed around one main challenge: creating a proper sleeping area without losing the sense of space. Originally, the apartment consisted of a kitchen and a shared living room without a separate bedroom. To solve this, a lightweight partition was introduced, separating the sleeping area and placing the bed next to the panoramic window.

  The living room was divided into two functional zones — a private sleeping area and a guest lounge. A built-in wardrobe was integrated into the interior so that it remains visually unobtrusive. The kitchen was kept spacious and has direct access to the balcony, making the most of the available area.

  The bathroom includes a shower and is finished with Spanish-made tiles in a calm sand tone. The overall layout follows a simple principle: make the most of the 45 m² without overloading the apartment with unnecessary partitions or furniture.
